SAME DAY DELIVERY POLICY:

All of Flowers-Central. Com flowers are hand delivered via our network of over 33,000 preferred local florists. Delivery is available Monday to Saturday to all 50 States and Canada. Sunday delivery may not be available.
For same day delivery orders must be placed before 1:00 PM in the recipient's time zone. Normal delivery hours for our preferred florists are between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM Due to the high volume of orders placed for holidays, it is imperative that your order be placed 48 hours prior to the holiday delivery date to ensure delivery. Orders placed after this time frame are not guaranteed delivery prior to the holiday, and will most likely be delivered the next following business day.

We have established this return/refund policy to provide our customer with a complete understanding of how replacement orders or refunds are processed:

1. If you have placed a Internet order please address any questions, comments or concerns about your order via the following email address Appletonsale@aol.com and please be sure to include your order confirmation number.

2. Please allow 24-48 hours to process claims on non-deliveries, which may have occurred for the following reasons: Recipient not being home, incomplete address. If your order has not been delivered because of the above mentioned we reserve the right to attempt a redelivery.  If determination is made that the filling florist failed to make a delivery attempt, you will be provided a full refund and we will request for the recipient to receive an apology arrangement.  Most florist shops make deliveries during normal business hours (9 AM to 5 PM). However, since we do not know each florist's delivery schedule for a particular day, we will be unable to guarantee delivery requests for a specific time or within an hourly range. Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery, but they cannot be guaranteed.
If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, the florist may choose to:
Leave the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient's door stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf.
Leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call the florist's shop and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery.
Call the recipient first to arrange a delivery time. If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace. Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery.

3. If you ever question the quality of a purchase, please contact the delivering florist first within 72 hours of delivery to request a replacement of your purchase. Quality issues brought to our attention after that cannot be honored as it takes away the florist's ability to inspect the item. No refunds or replacements can be made should the recipient not provide the florist with the ability to pickup or inspect the item delivered.  If you are still not satisfied please contact Flowers-Central.com by email or telephone (866-515-8768)  Flowers-Central.com will refund purchases if the delivering florist fails to provide a resolution from problems arising from quality and/or delivery.

4. We reserve the right to reject orders processed with us that we feel questionable or fraudulent. Periodically we compare orders and the information provided to us with the banking institution of the customer whom has placed the order. If we determine fraudulent information has been provided we will notify the sender to inform them, and determine if the information has-been provided in error or if fraudulent use of their credit card has been attempted. Fraudulent orders will be criminally prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Recipients are notified of these fraudulent acts.

5. Should any customer have a need to cancel a placed order, cancellation requests must be made prior to delivery of the order. If the order has been received then cancellation is void. Cancellation request due to customer error i.e., incomplete addresses, recipient's refusal of the flowers, duplicate orders, we reserve the right to deny any refund requests.

6. When you order from Flowers-Central.com the utmost care and attention will be given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.  Our professional preferred florist will attempt to fill the order as closely as possible, however in some cases substitutions must be warranted, if the container, flowers or other items are unavailable then the order will be substituted as closely as possible with content equal to the original value of the order placed.  In case of specialty items such as a Teleflora holiday container, if no florist has the container then the order will be filled to value using a different container that may or may not be similar to the one requested.
There shall be no substitution in type of arrangement; that is, no change in size or shape.

8. Flowers are perishable! Proper care is required to ensure longevity of the flowers. The delivering florist usually provides care instructions. Should the recipient not receive these instructions, the recipient should feel comfortable to contact the delivering florist to receive verbal care instructions
